Global COVID-19 outbreaks mean that many members are asking how their travel plans may be impacted. The situation remains fluid, with official advice updating regularly and different governments taking different actions.

If your trip is departing before 3rd April and restrictions are put in place due to COVID-19 that may prevent you from travelling, we (or our partner operating your trip) will be contacting you by email/telephone very soon to advise you of next steps.

Please check your email (including spam/promotion folders) and phone messages regularly. You are our top priority group and we are contacting customers in date order.

If your trip is departing after 3rd April, regardless of destination, please do not contact us. We are experiencing high call volumes and we must prioritise customers with imminent bookings. If your booking is impacted, we will contact you as soon as possible.
